So is your solution automatically converting these harassers to normal people? Not at all. No solution does. What I'm saying will stop people from being affected by it. So here is an example, someone gets a message saying "-blam!-". They ignore it. They continue getting annoying messages from the same person. So the harasser gets muted. He can send as much messages as he wants but the person who blocked him won't be affected by him. Also for the record, trolls annoy people for the sake of pissing them off. If the troll is ignored then he doesn't get what he wants.
