I just want you all to know that if you get a job, you will feel better. Also, you'll realize how much time you've wasted on these forums and that you don't need to spend more than an hour tops on here each day.
That is all.
Per Noel Kannagi, get a job that doesn't make you want to kill yourself.

Edited by Big Brit: 10/26/2013 2:36:48 AMI might do soon, my friends are buying a bunch of recording equipment and mics, and we're going to set up a youtube channel and try and get paid from that. If all else fails my friend's gonna work at a radio station, he already announces on it, just needs to get his own studio. Doubt the youtube dream will come true, but we're actually putting effort into it other than the "COD GAMEPLAY MONTAGE 5" videos that people normally spam.

my job doesn't make me feel better at all :c
-
>i use the forums at work >hate teh job >wat meow?
-
The job I had made me feel shitty for the most part... Your post is invalid.
-
Clearly, you have never had a shitty job working with shitty people dealing with the shitty public.
-
I don't need a job. So I'm good
-
I would if I could. I guess here in Kissimmee there's no demand for College students willing to work for minimum wage and have a flexible schedule. No, they want the High Schoolers that have clas Monday-Friday from 7-2, because ya know, THAT makes sense....

I would like to get a job, However Physical and Mental Health issues are something of a problem that need dealing with first. If anything the Physical side is more frustrating because it rules out most of the entry level jobs and menial labour but the screws that are loose just add to the problem. At least they are getting sorted out... slowly...

It's true

My job sucks :I

Got a job
-
I have a job. Still feel like shit.
-
University finishes next week so I'll have like three months break. I've already applied for three jobs last week, so hopefully one of those pans out.
-
I'm planning on applying for Chick-Fil-A after marching band season.
-
I already have a job though... The OP does speak the truth though. For those still in High School (like myself), a part-time job can do wonders for you. You get early work-experience, have some extra money, and it looks great on college applications.

Edited by banj0: 10/24/2013 11:11:04 AMHaving a job as a teenager will mainly be just a whole lot of stress for little return - unless you can find something good, be it through personal connections, like family members or friends. I've found recently that going for a good 2-hour walk, finding all the stuff I can at op-shops and selling it on eBay gets me just as much money as working at a coffee shop job I've had for a year and a bit. May even quit and just do that.
-
But I already have three part time jobs. I don't think I can hold anymore. :|
-
Jobs make you depressed as hell, especially as the only ones available to students are part time retail slaves....Don't get a job, your soul is not worth £5 an hour
-
Jobs are good. To those of you who don't want one: give it a shot. To those of you who are trying to get one: stay at it, stay as positive as you can, good luck and God bless. To those of you who have one: fantastic, keep it up.
-
What if I feel bad because I have a job, and it's getting in the way of my free time?
-
It'll be kinda tough to find a job as a 14 year old.
-
Already have one Now what, OP?
-
Getting a job is no quick route to happiness, but I see how you can visualize such a result.
-
How will I feel better? Will getting a job make my hands bigger?
-
Except I keep getting this response "You need to have job experience to work here." It's like, I need experience to get a job but I can't get a job to get the experience that I need to work somewhere. It's also hard for me to get one because of my classes, I go from 8 to 4 every Monday-Thursday.
