Depends on where you live. In my state, if you're 18-20 you can have sexual relations with someone as young as 16. But if your 21 or older, they have to be at least the age of 18. Really confusing, but you get used to it. This all applies to sexual consent. If people are just dating, I'm not sure how it works...
