Well, that 100% depends on the person. I understand your point and I agree with most part, but the problem is that you are generalising. Both on the males part as on the females part. It's true that I wouldn't make an inapproriate joke to anyone, male or femele, if that person is random. However, I am quite good at judging people's sense of humour. Couple of days ago I played with "II Smiggles II" for the first time. I hadn't seen her on the forums before and I had never played with her. After 1 or 2 games, I could feel that basically any joke could be made without her being offended. Ofcourse I wasn't spamming them, but if someone makes those jokes him/herself or you can hear them laughing when a joke of that kind is made, I know I can make those jokes as well. I do this with every person. It's not just that I treat males and females differently, I treat everyone differently. I can be much more polite with some males than with some females, because i know people (dis)like it. That's your problem. You're only talking about treating females with respect, but some females don't even want to white-knighted, while some males want to be treated with respect.
