Someone did that with me. Twice. Now I have three Lucky Eggs.
Wild Chanseys had a chance of holding them in B/W. So if you know someone with a friend safari with Chansey maybe you can find another. Pretty sure Zoid's safari has them. Check the Friend Code thread.
