I think that harassment on video games come from people that either enjoy harassing others or who do not know they are harassing others. I'm talking to the ladder here. The problem is not a lack of knowledge, but a lack of quality people playing games. Trolls (like you) and assholes fill up the gaming community and dilute it. It seems to me that you have serious issues. You can't understand what you read, and when you are not able to understand it you just assume what you think to be true.
