I think he's kind of right about the friendly boy scouts part. I miss the military style semi-strictness we had, because roleplaying was part of the fun. Sure, we may have a few less members overall if we revert to how things were, but we'd have so many less whiners, and more dependable, disciplined people.

If we went back to that we could have about ten people max. i didn't work because no one showed up to practices/ events. if i could get people online for that stuff, we would still be doing it.

I get that. I'm not referring to a strict schedule, just a slightly more strict play style. I see several members saying things such as "sir" and "roger." I'd say people wouldn't mind that military play STYLE much at all.
