You go on a hike to a mountain and get lost in the middle of nowhere. No friends near you, you have no cellphone reception, and have no clue to where you are.You try to find a way out, but it seems like you're just going in circles so you stop to rest and eat, but you realize you have no water left, and only have 1 can of food left and that means you have to ration well if you want to survive. You have 1 flashlight, two 20 meter long rope, 1 can of food and a tent, and a compass. So if you were in this position, what would you do? And why?

How far in the middle of nowhere? I can just walk in a straight line until I hit a road, most places in the US are not more than 10 miles from some sort of road, even the Adirondack forest, which is the only place the scenario could happen to me... Now if this is an unrealistic scenario, then I'd just use my skills in woodcraft and live fat and happy until those annoying rescue people come along and take me away.
