There is a difference because I look at the definitions of both words and they are similar. Don't you find that weird. I mean Microsoft and Sony already implements these rules and it seems to work fine. This is not a suggestion for Destiny or any game. What this is is a a plea for guys to treat female gamers with respect. So I'm being Sexist when I say that we should treat women with respect and that we shouldn't be saying the same things around them as we do with our guy friends.
