This is going nowhere. You will keep on sticking up for the entire male race as whole and continue to say that guys do not have to follow these rules. I have a mother but she normally doesn't tell me about her cycles and why would she.
No your logic was FLAWED and FLAWED badly. You tried to compare racism to making dirty jokes. How in the world could you make a leap that big is beyond me. Clearly you can't read because you said that I said nothing about treating woman with respect and that's have clearly been posted. I admit that I'm young but daily I deal with more women then you have to. You have a wife. I have female coworkers, female classmates, a girlfriend, and female teammates. Your life is simple, mines is complex because of the number of people I deal with everyday. I know that MOST girls don't want to hear a sex joke from a random dude. Now sure there a girls out there they wouldn't mind hearing one but I'm talking about the majority here and you're trying to signal out the minority and force them into the Majority and you just can't do that.
Ok you're married so you fall into the minority. You have to understand that most male gamers are high school students or in college so please tell me why would a male in high school or college want to hear about a chicks period or there there trip to the gyno.
I love how you want to talk for all guys, but you can't because not all guys are married. The one who is grasping for attention here is you.

This is going nowhere because you lack the reasoning capability to take it any farther. You are the one talking in circles, you are the one that lacks objectivity. You are the one that is ill prepared to back up your claims and to defend your stance effectively. Which again, is an age thing, you have a lot to learn in your journey and I hope you learn from it. Here is the logic we are talking about and I will bust it down to it's simplest formate as you have been lost in it. Now to say "we shouldn't be saying the same things around them as we do with our guy friends." it's the same as saying "It's okay to be racist as long as the race you are being racist against doesn't hear you say it." What you claim when you say "we shouldn't be saying the same things around them as we do with our guy friends." 1. You are saying that it is OKAY to make those sexist jokes and remarks when it is just you and your friends. but. 2. You say it is wrong to say those remarks directly to the party those remarks are directed towards, in this case, women. reality. 3.If you are going to say sexist jokes and remarks to your friends but not to the party its about, i.e. women, then you have no right to say those jokes or remarks as is. When I make the analogy of "it's the same as saying "It's okay to be racist as long as the race you are being racist against doesn't hear you say it."" 1. It is saying that it is OKAY to say racist jokes, (racist in place of sexist) so long as it is with your friends and not with the party, in this case, other races (but originally sex). but. 2. It is wrong and to say those racists (originally sexist) comments and jokes to the party that it is directed towards. reality. 3. Racism is bad. Hopefully now I have cleared it up how I made that leap, I realize that this is such a complexed issue that it is beyond the reckoning of mere mortals. Again, I'm not sure how you are making the absolutes, especially about my life in general. I am 26, I go to university, I have 10 in-laws and 40 nieces and nephews. I have female co-workers, classmates and team-mates. If you are saying the life of a parent or spouse is simple, boy, you are going to get an education from life sooner or later. Good, you are dealing with practicality now by saying "Most" not "All" you are learning. I have no problem being your teacher, as you seriously need one. Now, lets take this one step further. Rather then "Most girls don't want to hear a sex joke from a random dude." lets say "most people don't want to hear a sex joke from a random dude." because I can honestly say if some guy walked up to me on the street and told me a sex joke I'd be very concerned. How do you know that the girls who don't want to hear said joke IS the majority? Where is your proof, your own personal experience is not proof, however, it does server towards your opinion which is in your right to have, but you need to start such a charged and absolute statement with, in my opinion or IMO for short, at that point no one can really argue with you. I can say "In my opinion I think Fords and better then Chevy's" that doesn't mean I'm right but I can have that opinion if I like. http://www.wired.co.uk/news/archive/2013-07/05/average-gamer , it is one article from one survey/study but according to that, the average gamer is 35. So again, in your opinion. I already told you why a male would want to hear about a 'chicks' period. when she has a period she isn't pregnant, when you become sexually active this will mean a lot to you. trips to the gyno, nice to hear he shit is in clean working order, because trust me, if a woman comes back from the gyno and says she has warts or herpes I want to know. Just because I got married doesn't mean I became a different species. I can still talk for guys because I still have a penis unless that changed since the last time I touched it. Everyone grasps for attention, I explained that already. Keep up.
