Yes it is. I think this is a really cool idea. Hopefully there will be a lot of ps3 players, but, if you dont mind me asking, why an application process?

PS3!!! PS3!!! ok so there aren't a LOT of us but please do join so there will be more PS3 players! so many people can afford the PS4 so there's only a few...ahem...i mean an ELITE group of us!
