so aside from revealing some shocking business secrets, a Californian Vietnamese-American immigrant living the American dream after escaping the communists may be forced to shutdown his multi-million dollar company or move it to a different state.
after expanding to a new factory to meet popular demand 2 years ago, a small town/city is suing him and his business because they don't like the smell.
he has offers from the philadelphia city council so far.
your thoughts on this?

Edited by Capiton Render: 11/15/2013 12:05:16 AMHipsters are weeping everywhere upon the concept that sriracha may lag in production, their tears are spicy
-
I don't see the connection here. California isn't doing it, the residents of the town are. They don't like the smell, and are voting to make them leave. Your title makes it sound like there is some tax or something that is forcing them out.

I don't want them to leave

Move to Philly mate! Your loss, Cali.

Or actually was the state of California. I know, crying shame that you don't get to have your circle jerk about "Kalifornia" being a socialist, communist state who should be ejected from the union. God forbid people have a different idea of how to do things than you.

Edited by WickedNavajo: 11/15/2013 1:01:50 AM[quote]Q: What do you think about copy-cat Srirachas? A: “It’s good…[take] a red flower, it looks good but [it’s] not colorful. You need to have green and yellow ... So [in] the market, [if there was] only my hot sauce, [people] cannot compare. More competitors [are] better for consumer [choice].”[/quote]Wow he is a good sport about competition. Also, don't you think those people should've filed a lawsuit back when that guy first opened his business, and not now? Because it seems to me that the people suing him are doing it just to be mean. However, if he has to move, then let him move to some city that would actually enjoy the smell of chili sauce.

Best hot sauce ever. Add it to buttermilk as a marinade for fried chicken. Good stuff!

-
But I like siracha!
-
I do believe the city decided to not shut them down...
-
I put that shit on everything.... literally.
-
You bastards. You better not shut down my hot sauce.
