Xbox One @ Midnight Launch

How can I go about getting one at the midnight launch? My local Best Buy said they only had 13 extra PS4s the night of launch. How can I guarantee that I can get a One despite not preordering? Would I have to show up at 4 PM or something?

Show up early. I went with a friend to Best Buy to pick up a PS4 at launch. He didn't preorder. We got there about 8:30, and he still was able to get one at midnight.
