Darkrai Vs Mewtwo Vs Deoxys
Strictly anime and movie wise feats here.
I'd say Darkrai takes this, I mean it held its own against both Dialga AND Palkia.

Mewtwo. In the first movie he made a clone army that could have turned Kanto into a police state in 5 seconds, also he destroyed that Rocket Lab while "Killing" everyone in it Though i haven't seen the new Mewtwo movie, i hope that didn't make him go full retard
