Could earthbenders, if their powerful enough, bend lava since it is just molten rock, or would that be a firebending thing only?
-
they're*
-
Maybe this'll help
-
I'd imagine it'd be both, as scientifically sketchy as it is. Roku vs the volcano is the closest we've got.
-
You'd probably need to be a master of both.
-
Ha! Benders.
-
They could.

Edited by cxkxr: 11/18/2013 8:30:09 AMIt's actually a water bender thing bc it's liquid...
jk
-
They should be able to, but none of them ever did it on the show. Maybe.... Did none of them ever think to try it?
-
Aang did something similar to it in TLA, but if you knew fire-bending and earth-bending, I don't see why you couldn't do it.
-
Probably not, It seems like more of a firebendery thing but it's most likely only the avatar can do it because it is Fire and Rock at the same time.
-
Ya they should! since Fire-benders can bend lighting!
-
Title tricked me, good job OP.
-
lolavatar
-
It is a combination of both and only avatars have been shown using it.
-
Fire benders could.
-
They need to make Gravity benders. I don't think so, OP.
-
its probably something only the Avatar can do.
-
I've heard that only the Avatar can bend lava since it's considered fire and earth, but I'm unsure.
-
I was thinking of the wrong avatar
-
They could probably do it, just not control it very well.
-
I don't think so since earth benders are used to bending tough, solid rock. Molten rock is kinda viscouscous and "liquidy" I guess.
-
o.o *Mind Blown*
-
Both because they have similarities.
