When people say "bad neighborhood"...
What do you think they mean? A neighborhood with a high crime rate? Racism?
For me, I usually think they mean a certain race that mainly lives there, because Yuno.. Mexican families aren't very fond of any other race other than Americans.

2 RepliesWhen lots of bad activity goes on. EX: meth lab next door exploding, break-ins, gang wars, gunshots at night, bulletholes through your walls, stuff like tgat is what I've heard. And some people live in those neighborhoods O.O
