Some clarification on the rules: [spoiler]By 'once per person' it means that you can only use it once before on a single person before it has no effect. If you order your friend to make you a sandwich, your ability will no longer work on him afterwards. Your friend will also not remember the fact that he made you a sandwich. Eye contact can't be done through a television or something. They need to be looking at you. So you can't look at Obama through a live stream and tell him "kill yourself lol".
