Everyone has been going back and forth attacking and defending Destiny, saying Destiny is a clone of other games or that it's original and innovative. Well, I have the end-all to this argument. In one of the recent trailers, I overheard bits of dialogue from one man talking to a new Guardian. I've provided an excerpt of the conversation below, so you can see the truth for yourself. (I'm bored and have 2 hours of sleep. I apologize for what now comes)
"Welcome! I'm Commander Shettard, and this is my favorite shop on the Tower. Wait. You're a Guardian...that's like a unicorn!
Sorry Guardian, but our princess is on another planet. Take this gun, it's dangerous to go alone. Heed my advice, would you kindly? The glimmer is a lie, do a barrel roll. Never compromise the Brotherhood. I used to be a Guardian like you, but then I took a bullet to the knee. THEY'RE SINKING CITIES WITH A GIANT VEX! And oh, him? He's my grandson. He’s been your rival since you were a baby. What was his name again? Hadouken! Guardian, you have balls of steel to walk out there. Have I ever told you the definition of insanity?
And most importantly, remember what our enemies last said: 'Your destruction is the will of the gods, all your planets are belong to us.' Ugh..war. War never changes."
See? Obvious proof of stealing from every game. Shame on them. Shame.
Sad to say I lost where I saw this video. But if you've heard more of this conversation, please provide the quotes below and we'll make a whole dialogue out of it!
