that is a lot for an instrument. at least you could be like:
I walk up in the Band room and be like what up, i got an expensive trumpet.
Then put on shades and be like:
DEAL WITH IT.

Actually I don't think its a lot, I think that's the usual price if you're looking for an exceptional instrument. I learned that when buying my flute, anything under $1,000 is probably not that great.

By this point plenty of trumpet players in our school already have a professional trumpet
