Dayum. If you got that bad boy for $800, how much did you spend fixing her up?
-
Originally it looked like this. It needed a trans rebuild and water pump and timing belt. I was 14 at the time so parents helped me out with that. After that I got new seats then earlier this year is when I got the gt4 body kit, and hid lights. This summer I got the new wheels, and some other misc parts. There's probably 5-6k in the car all together.

Still not a bad deal. And there's something uniquely satisfying about fixing up a car.

There is and I'm not done with it yet. Next on my list is to rebuild and upgrade brakes and suspension. Also swap it to a manual.

Celica bros! *up top*

You have one?! What year?

Red '95 GT soft top convertible. Best first car ever.

Auto or stick?
-
Auto. I kind of wish it'd been stick so I could've learnt that from the get-go, but at least it made me less of a road hazard. :P

Damn, that is a good price for that car. God Damn.
-
It didnt look like that when I got it. It only looks like this due to a lot of money being spent.
-
I mean if you like it man good for you, but I hate body kits on cars, to me they look tacky

Edited by Porsche 914: 12/29/2013 3:10:02 AMThis is the GT4 body kit. It came on all Celica ST205 GT-4s. The only difference appearance wise is that mine doesn't have jdm fenders. It looks awesome and cooler than 90% of the shit you see on the road.
