Smeargle with Lock-On and a OHKO move
Decent strategy or incredibly cheap? Was thinking about trying it out and seeing how it was.

Go ahead and try it, may as well. I'm not finished my pokemon x yet so best strategy I have so far is pikachu using nuzzle and paralyzing someone to bring their speed right down and then electro ball.
