you recruit in-game when u see talent. or you host scrims/tryouts. people do join if the officer recruiting is actually good. like you host a tryout then i beat the crap out of you, dude i sure as hell not going to join with you just to carry your clan. but if we're leveled yeah sure i'll give your clan a go.
