Those are both really good and you were very creative with the second part of the assignment! There are only two things I can really say to help out on this. One being that I can see white under the (I assume) color pencil. Coloring in small circles or the side of the pencil will solve that. The strokes can be distracting if they're not filled in all the way. Color in one direction. Also remember that our eyes, while not perfect circles, are very round. The reflection of Goku would be curved around the shape of the eye along with the veins. Maybe if "fish eyed" a bit. Take a look at eyes with reflections in them to get a better understanding.
