How would you deal with this?
neighborhood pets are most likely being eaten by wild, possibly rabid coyotes at night time.
cats have been disappearing and dead cats have been showing up. neighbors have seen coyotes in the area.

if they are rabid coyotes then they are going to have to be put down. i dont think you can save them if theyve already started showing symptoms and aggression. seriously, just keep your pets indoors and if you go out with them, keep them in your sight at all times. id probably avoid wooded areas too.
