Which is better, The Last Of Us, or GTA:V
Seriously, I'm embroiled in a constant war with TLOU supporters, i need GTA reinforcements!

It has pushed the boundaries of sandbox console gaming in my opinion and I'm a firm supporter of rockstar and their amazing work. But never have I been so connected with a story as I was with The Last of Us. It has the most amazing single player I've ever put myself into. It truly pushed the boundaries of video game storytelling. And for that I say The Last of Us deserved game of the year. Even though comparing these two games is like comparing apples to oranges.

Never been fond of GTA but 5 had a gripping story. Never been too fond of the Uncharted games either but The Last of Us was one of the best damn things I've ever experienced.

2 RepliesIf you honestly voted GTA you need to have your head looked at. The game shipped with a broken MP tons of bugs and glitchs and not all of the features promised in the retail game have been delivered.

Found GTA to be simple in terms of story and TLOU was pretty cliche and...forgot word...like you know what's gonna happen in the story before it happens like Tess dying, Ellie being the cure, the main guy (don't have the game saw someone play it) not...well the ending of the game.

1 ReplyTLOU by far. GTA V started out good until Trevor came into the picture. The heists were incredibly scripted. Guns are too easy to obtain in campaign and are all just basically the same. The 80s song variety is lacking. The MP is shit.

3 RepliesThey are totally different games so the comparison isn't great, one of them isn't even a game so there is definitely no comparison. If you were to ask which is the better game, then the answer would obviously be GTA V, as it is the only game of the two.

I preferred the TLOU on account of: a) I find gta sp boring and b) the multiplayer ended up a grind fest because they wanted to force gtabucks down our throat

Gta was good. But I beat the SP and had no desire to play it ever again. I was just done with it. I've played the last of us over about 4 times now, and have spent 40+ hours in the multiplayer.
