do you think it was a good idea for bungie to give up halo?

Halo can't be compared to Call of Duty, but look at how bad Call of Duty: Ghosts is compared to past Infinity Ward games. It has a lot in common with Modern Warfare 3, and hasn't improved much in my opinion. What if that happened with Halo? Or did it already with Halo: Reach, Bungie's last Halo game?
