Not trying to be negative but how would this work? How would other people feel the effect of this ability? Think if you were another player being slowed every time the Hunter uses this ability it would kinda get annoying

Yeah, it really got on my nerves. I haven't seen that much over powered since I was a kid and argued with my friends about how my OP super power was better than their OP super power
