Is the docotantivirus effective to remove VIRUS?

I would like to use the premium version of [url]http://www.doctoantivirus.com/[/url], already I have used the free version. now I wold like to use the premium version of doctoantivirus also. So I need to know how effective the Doctoantivirus is?
