I actually thought about this and I decided to have it not reload for multiple reasons, chiefly among them being so that people don't accidentally reload their gun without thinking and lose the ability in the process. My other big reason is that the game might not initially realize that someone reloaded while the power is active and thus the gun would continue doing damage as if the power were still active, when in reality it's not. By having it the way I do, my first reason is eliminated and my second reason is drastically reduced. Also, I've been thinking about this ability I've created and realized that it needs to be balanced in some way, so it has a three minute recharge time. This limits it so that it can't be overused.
