Apparently the lead developer on the Xbox 360 Xenia project recently made some promising comments about emulating the seventh generation console from Microsoft. That's some positive news for the Steam Machine to play Xbox 360 games i guess.Lets see how Microsoft will react to this.So what do you think of this?

Good luck with that. Do you know how much power an emulator for the 360 would need? It'll need a fair amount. And besides, if you emulate, then your just pirating, which in turn makes you an ass. The Steam Machines are just going to fall flat on their faces anyway.

They successfully made a game boot to the start screen lol Its going to be a while before they have it working and than even longer for each game to individually be working decently. On top of that it's going to require a a pretty hefty PC since PS2 games take a pretty hefty PC compared to the original requirements on the PS2. On top of that they seem to be talking about mantle which we are not sure if steam machines would even support and if they did it would be on a case by case basis.
