TESO won't require PS+, will require Gold
So PS4/PC users aren't double charged. Xbox One users are.

2 RepliesIts not really a difference between PS4 and XB1. Most PS4 owners are going to have PS+ anyways for other online games. So, it basically just makes Playstation look better while adding very little benefit.
