Game Chat
I'm not sure if Bungie said anything about chat in-game, but what are you guys thinking about it?
Voice chat, I was just thinking of Local, where People within a certain area of you can hear you talk. Would make Public Events much better with coordination. I hear that The Division will also have Local VC.
Typing would be too much of a hassle, unless you hooked up a keyboard.

local game chat is a must in co op so we can co ordinate our efforts... as Veronica said unless they are loud and have a bunch of stuff going on in the background. From what I have read you will only be able to chat with your friends locally unless you use live party. but 3 people co ordinating their efforts is a good thing :)
