Vangaurd
Who do you think the Vangaurd is? Personally I think that it is an intelligence AI type of thing that tells you what is happening when something public comes up. What are your thoughts?

Just thought of this bet maybe it is some kind of source or system that controlled the exo and then mind sweeper them...hmmm or I just agree that they are a intelligence AI.
