hey guys it's hola5investigator here i am certain that i have figured out the mystery behind halo 2 anniversary. before you yell at me for being absurd, i'll have you know all of this is fact. the only parts that aren't are my opinion and you therefore can't call me out on it. now, i obviously won't tell you which of these parts are my own conjecture and which are facts as that would mean that there would be no dubiousness and area for me to cop out to. now on to the actual post. remember how in halo 2, there was forerunner architecture everywhere? and remember how on the halo ring there was human architecture everywhere? well think about it, the forerunners were from the past. the human architecture was found next to the forerunner architecture so it must be from the past. if everything in halo 2 is from the past, we can conclude that it is from the past. if halo 2 is truly from the past like the forerunners and humans, there is only one logical conclusion: halo 2 takes place in the past. if it takes place in the past, then it must be a prequel to halo combat evolved. just look at how halo 2 foreshadows the events of halo ce when master chief goes to earth on a forerunner ship. can we [i]really[/i] believe it's earth? chief is extremely disoriented and so is lord hood as you can see by the debris and explosions everywhere. this disorientation only shows that chief is actually hurtling towards reach and not earth by the end of halo 2. at the beginning of halo ce, we see the pillar of autumn after a jump from reach to the halo ring. therefore, based on the conclusive evidence i've shown in this thread, we can only conclude that halo 2 is a prequel to halo ce. of course this is what i think about this fact, so if i'm wrong i will have some leeway to say "well it was just my opinion." see you next time on hola5investigator.
