I perceive Dead Orbit to be a cult focused on the history of the Traveler. And New Monarchy an organization seeking to shift influence within the Last City. But only just perception.

Only the guardians, masters of the travelers power, could stop them. But when the world needed them most, they were on the moon... Looking for big guns..
