Has anyone heard any rumors about cross platform or cross generation multiplayer?

However, I'm all for it and think it would be awesome! Maybe cross consoles first, and maybe adding PCs later (assuming they can get their hacking culture under control). =)

Playing with PC gamers? LOL no. Us console players don't dwell with that. They can keep their hacks and their better accuracy on PC.

As much as I hold PC gaming close to my heart (I was originally a PC gamer), I doubt consoles and PCs could ever be on a level playing field. I prefer to play my games competitively, but with a level playing field when it comes to the hardware. Trying to keep pace with an ever advancing technological basis is too difficult for me. Still though, Playstation vs Xbox would be pretty sweet! I never liked the idea of only being able to play with certain friends.
