For those of you who don't understand the "12" image, I'll explain. In football (American) there can only be 11 players on the field at a time. Seattle's football team, the Seahawks, who just won their first Superbowl (woot woot!), is known for their fans. Seattle's fans are called the "12th man" or "#12" for how loud and effective they are, which actually effects the team that Seattle plays.
