how do i eat ghost chillis? updated
well, i got some but they're the dried variety. you can't cook it or you need a gas mask and latex gloves.
so there isn't any way to prepare them in recipes or anything(like chilli con carne y queso for example?) without needing OSHA approved PPE?
edit2: did you know eating chillis help you burn fat?
