16 year old teen girl arrested for child porn for posting nude selfies.

[url=http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/02/06/nude-teen-selfies-twitter_n_4737810.html]Here[/url] She is only 16, not legally an adult so can it really be called child porn? I don't think that 16 year olds should be posting nudes on twitter, but do you think that juvenile is the best option for her? Give your thoughts.

  • Unless she was doing something sexual in them I don't see why it's child porn. It's legal to have nudist children on the internet so I don't see what the difference between her photos and those photos are. Not going to lie, but those child porn laws and the whole sex offender thing is really messed up. You can have sex with a 16 year old and see each other naked, but it's wrong to have pictures of them. Some guy a few decades ago became a sex offender because he had sex with is girlfriend 2 weeks before her 16th birthday. Then there's that comment in here were some kid at school became a sex offender because he's 18 and had pics of his 17 year old girlfriend on his phone. Really with the way these laws are set up they're doing more harm than good.
