Got it last Sunday, been playing every now and then.
I beat the Bell Tower Gargoyles. I'm going after the Moonlight Butterfly after I go back to the Undead Asylum get Oscar's Crest Shield (which is supposed to have great magic defense). Just gonna let Beatrice tank it while it flies around, and I'll go in for melee when it lands every so often.

The Grass Crest Shield is better. It can be found along the path to the lower section of Darkroot Gardens.

Grass crest shield has 95% damage block though. Also I think the magic defense is better on the crest is better.

Try staying to the far right and then when he uses the homing missiles roll to the left under them. Other wise they can one shot you. Also when he lands if he starts glowing [b][i]get away![/i][/b]
