How about "The Government". Once activated it pulls all players (including your team) and makes them lose all accessories except for a common cloak. Then it takes away their achievements and restarts their story progression. Finally once they reach the start of every mission they have to pay for all the money and accessories taken from them at the start. Pretty balanced if you ask me :|
