Titanfall is titan-sized shit.

Now that I got your attention... I played one game, and that's all I'm ever going to play of this game. I lost my first game, of course, and it came pretty close, but that's what happens when you're playing against an entire team of level 14 players, when your team has no mics except for the one guy going, "Can you hear me?" 100+ times. Just like every other shooter on the market as of late, the matchmaking itself is shit and unbalanced, and having single-matchmaking players get matched with full-blown teams is irresponsible on the developer's side. Oh, and before I get the "git gud" comments, I was the only one on my team who went positive, and if I can remember it was something like 12 kills, 4 deaths. Then, you have the gameplay NOT using Titans. It's extremely generic. In fact, it feels like I'm playing CoD mixed with Halo 4 (which is the PERFECT way to describe it). The ADS, sprinting, and short kill times are all things I could look past, but the killcams reminded me that it was just the typical generic shooter, with some feature thrown in to call itself "innovative". Sorry, but I don't think I'll enjoy CoD with mechs enough to actually spend $60 on a game that DOESN'T EVEN HAVE AN OFFICIAL CAMPAIGN. If they can throw a decent ranking system in, it can definitely gain some legitimate ground, but if it's another Halo 4 (shit gameplay, shit ranking system), you can kill it into oblivion. I'm glad I never interrupted my Minecraft gameplay yesterday to play this mediocre turd log, and I'm going to delete the email of the extra code I received this morning. Edit: Jesus -blam!-ing Christ, this is an opinion. The assmad coming from you people is outrageous, and it's pretty obvious by all the "umadbroXD" and fedoracore comments. All I'm saying is that I think it's just CoD with mechs, and isn't worth $60, especially if it has the same shit matchmaking model that this beta has.

 • The beta is unbalanced? Isn't that the point if the beta? To reveal the game's weaknesses so they can improve them before launch. I'm not saying the game is or will be perfect, just that you need to take your betas with a pinch of salt
