It's been a while since I applied for the localization team as a Spanish Localization Tester. However, this position disappeared from the career section last week. Does that mean that my candidacy has, indeed, gone into the dark void? Or are they getting ready to get in touch...?
So, did somebody ever receive a reply?
[UPDATE]: They've answered. They turned it down, but the Localization Hiring Manager himself was kind enough to message back. He even left me with some hope for the future.
Thank you everyone for your answers.

I applied for a progression tester position today. Highly unlikely that I'll hear anything back, but it couldn't hurt to submit an application.

Edited by Commander Tempu: 2/17/2014 11:35:10 PMIf its not on the page then they filled it. No, i have not as i do not think my skill set would need to be more than Security, Sadly its not. I mean Jerome is a 10 man army ! Can't compete with that. To be honest not sure as Bungie likes hiring the best. I am good at what i do, just my Job History might knock me out of the running.

Edited by Galahad: 2/19/2014 8:17:05 AMHi everyone, I've got an update on the whole thing. They've answered. They turned it down, but the Localization Hiring Manager himself was kind enough to message back. He even left me with some hope for the future. I knew they wouldn't leave me in the dark. Thanks everyone for the answers!

Did the job description page announce the date at which applications would close? Maybe they've filled their quota and are reviewing applicants.

It's a common practice of any company (not just Bungie) that you won't get a response unless the company has an interest in progressing your application, either immediately upon submission or at some point in the future. If you've not gotten a response to a job application, then it's either been rejected or filed away for future consideration.
