The Destiny and Bungie community have been very active recently with Destiny-inspired content created by fans. Many of these people are very talented artists and have created some very cool art. I am not one of them, but I still wanted to find a way to make something cool inspired by Destiny. Recently, I was re-introduced to a program that I had used a long time ago but forgotten about: LEGO Digital Designer, a program that lets you create digital LEGO models with a vast array of bricks to choose from. So after a couple weeks of fun, sometimes frustrating work, I present to you the Devil Walker- in LEGO form!
If you'd like, you can view the full album of the process of building the Devil Walker.
I'm very pleased with how this project turned out, despite being limited to a few screenshots and a couple of the gameplay videos to use as a reference. A few highlights: The cannon on top rotates completely, and the angle of the gun can be changed. The legs have workable appendages, as do the claws underneath the head. Some creative liberties had to be taken for lack of a good angle in screenshots or video, lack of bricks that solved my problem, or bricks that fit but weren't the right color, but it looks good overall! The model takes a total of 1,758 bricks, measuring roughly 13.86" long by 15.11" wide by 7.56" tall!
I also made sure that the model is one connected piece, so provided that you could track down all the necessary pieces (LEGO's Pick-a-Brick shop doesn't have everything needed) you could absolutely build this model for yourself!
I plan on creating more models in the future once we have a few more vehicles detailed and once I am no longer swamped with schoolwork (major project in C language is eating away my life. Also, statistics is hard).

As a 12 year Lego veteran this is good, keep it up!
-
I think most will try to shoot LEGO Gjallarhorns at it to get Gold Tier rewards.
-
Bungie can smell the profits already.
-
You are cool. This project is awesome. I always like seeing the insane thing people can build. Good job!
-
-blam!-ING AWESOME. I would buy / build if that was sold.
-
Just don't step on it.
-
That's awesome. My youngest is already trying to build one. Much like an AT-TE from Clone Wars but still neat to see a Destiny related toy.
-
That's cool, wonder if this means that they could make a deal with LEGO
-
Hell yeah man this is awesome
-
Beginning production now....... Hopefully the package survives my facial impact delivery system
-
Respect to you sir, respect to you o7
-
that's pretty good! now i can destroy it with my LEGO Gjallarhorn! seriously though, you may have my cookies if you make an Exotic Weapon out of LEGO.
-
That's great man, read job, have a like for all the hard work
-
LEGO make this now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Finally a topic on this forum where I didn't see any negativity. Nice job man. Bringing the destiny community together.
-
Imagine stepping on this, at night in a dark room....
-
Make a shank
-
Thats cool as hell man. Nice.
-
That looks awesome but can it hold itself up? Lego falls apart easily
-
More work was put into this than The Dark Below. Really disappointed with the lack of cutscenes.
-
I rigged my controller with LEGO. Now I can be AFK in the IB!

If that becomes a real thing then ill -blam!-ing but it. Happened with Halo when I was a kid
