I try. Oh my god I try. But I can't seem to lift very much at all.
I get my three meals a day, maybe not the healthiest meals, but meals none the less. I have been going to the gym for almost a year and have seen little to no progress. I don't get stronger, I just get more and more tired and exhausted.
What am I doing wrong?!

I've been working out in gyms for 20 years and have tried numerous of the fads/routines/programs out there. I know them feels, man. Sometimes it just seems like you're making zero progress. What is your eventual goal? To get healthy? To try out for a sports team? Complete an event (like a triathlon or marathon)? To look good naked? (totally legitimate goal, by the way, and oftentimes the best kind of motivator) Knowing what you're trying to do is helpful in trying to figure out the best way to get there.
