Just noticed the picture and in the OP so I have to ask, what got you into art?
What sparked your interest?

The photo in OP I actually didn't draw but the authors name is under mine there. To answer your question though I was drawing since I could hold a pencil. The little time I did live with my mother she would draw panthers and roses. To me they were beautiful and I wanted to he able to do that. When I would visit my father he would also tinker around with drawing. I was told my great grandfather helped draw out panels for the Disney Pinocchio. Growing up I acted out a lot. I didn't really fit in so I found refuge by putting what was in my mind onto paper. Whenever I finished a test I would flip it over and scribble a dragon or serpent or monster. It was the only thing I was fairly good at and made me feel So many things. One that I had something to claim as my own. Something to show others but also something that was private. A thing that helped me be me. And now it's just second nature to doodle whenever I can. On napkins, on walls, myself, anything.

It's funny how such small, or seemingly small things someone does can become a big part of them when they are older. Oh, sorry. I thought that piece was yours. It screams Smi for some reason.

Well it's my persona in the photo. I commissioned an artist to draw it for me. We are made up of memories. I could blabber about all that forever haha

I'd blabber forever. I'd like to hear it eventually. I was going to say it definitely screamed you for some reason.
