I'm on mobile which doesn't allow me to quote so I'm going to try to answer that via memory of what I read I don't really have an artist title for myself. Though creatures are my strong point and mechs, environments, and plants being my weak points. The cool thing about artists that are good at drawing from their imagination is that they're using things that exist in real life. So it's braiding reality with fantasy. I prefer to create imaginary creatures and the like myself though. Working from memory and mind. Many times I use photo references for the idea I want. Much of my inspiration is jogged by other people. I can draw via descriptions of things if I'm interested in it and can formulate it well.
