What practical use in any way could I possibly have from carrying around a big sword? What the hell I'm I going to do with it? Kill people? Oh ya sure, the sword might give me some special bonuses every now and then, but I'd bet that they'd be related to using the sword or whatever weapon it was in combat. For starters, by nature I am not a fighting person. Second, the attention I would attract from having such a weapon would be bad news. And third, some of the cons listed sucked as well. You might not have total control of the weapon or it might even try to control you to fulfill it's own agenda. Think of Saurons Ring but with more flashy lights and signs above the carriers head marking him out on every available moment. That's lame.

You're assuming that it has to be a sword. The weapon is empathic, meaning that it senses and reacts to your needs, desires and emotions. And even if it fights you for control it's pretty damn awesome just to have. It's not that it's lame, it's just impractical. I got Titan Physiology, do you think that it would be practical to be a 3 story-tall giant with tremendous strength, endurance and whatnot? Hell no. But it would be -blam!-ing awesome while it lasted.

I could accomplish more with what you rolled than what I got. The again, if it was a really good sword I suppose I could use it to chop a boatload of firewood.
