They appear to be for Machinima, but the domain doesn't match and are therefore suspect. The "Hacking" ban reason is used in this case because sometimes people post those kind of links to collect personal information of users for nefarious purposes. As for the ban length - ban lengths are based on your user history and type of ban. It was four weeks because you have a history - not because the moderator said so. Next time leave off the newsletter sign up links.
