Back To The Drawing Board With DriveClub
This is incredible. This pretty much means it's been cancelled. It isn't coming out anymore, at least not the game as was shown. Back to the drawing board means they scrapped the whole project. Color me surprised...

Please read the article. I went into the article on ign earlier today because the headline was click-bait and I was worried about the game. If you actually read it the quote is taken out of context, they are not scrapping the game and going back as you might believe.

2 RepliesBack to the drawing board doesn't mean cancelled. I don't know what Sony was getting at with DriveClub. Polyphony is their racing sim developer and Gran Turismo is far and away the most popular racing sim in existence. Evolution was an arcade racer dev last gen and they should stay that way.

They still have a ton of code, art assets, etc... that they can recycle, unless the game is no longer about cars.
